Our 2013 Poetry Contest is now open!
Please submit a cover letter and a maximum of three, unpublished poems to: submit (at) howjournal (dot) com. Please attach the poems in a standard file type and include a brief cover letter in the body of the email. The subject heading of the email should read: HOW poetry contest submission.
HOW is pleased to have the 2013 poetry contest judged by Ben Mirov. Ben Mirov is the author of Hider Roser, Ghost Machine and the chapbooks Vortexts, I is to Vorticism and Collected Ghost. He is an editor of PEN’s poetry series.
The deadline for submissions is April 1st, 2013 Winners will be announced early Summer of 2013. First place will receive $100 and will have their work posted online at HOW.
